Investments in qualification systems to meet industry needs

Critical systems often need to be qualified to industry specific or military standards. Nanowave regularly qualifies its designs to the requirement of MIL-PRF-38534 Class H and Class K (space) and of DO-160. Nanowave uses in-house vibration and repetitive shock testing equipment, and thermal chambers outfitted to provide full in-situ testing from -55°C to 125°C. For Space systems, we can offer in-house thermal-vac testing. We also have the ability to provide HASS/HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Testing/Screening) to our units as required. Other quality, safety, and reliability testing is available upon customer request. The result is thousands of mission-critical products which are used in commercial and military aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, cryogenic applications and other challenging environments around the world.
