Nanowave Technologies employs the latest automated Pick and Place and Reflow equipment combined with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) for automated high-speed Circuit Card Assembly (CCA). In addition to automated assembly and reflow, mission-critical CCAs often need delicate hand assembly by our J-STD-001 trained, experienced technicians to finish the RF-sensitive sections. High frequency elements on PCB boards can interact with RF and Microwave circuits. Nanowave’s long experience in CCA manufacture is applied in the design to eliminate this interaction.
