Custom housing design and strict conformity to the customers’ volume requirements require highly flexible precision machining to provide the necessary RF characteristics and to meet weight and thermal requirements.  NANOWAVE Technologies has several 3-axis Vertical CNC machining centers, several 5 and 2 Pallet Horizontal machining centers, high-performance HSC milling machines, EDM and CMM machines, as well as planetary lapping and polishing machines. NANOWAVE brings this packaging capability in-house to speed development, and production, add flexibility, and to control these essential elements of Quality.
