Custom housing design and strict conformity to the customers’ volume requirements require highly flexible precision machining to provide the necessary RF characteristics and to meet weight and thermal requirements. Nanowave Technologies has 5 and 6-axis Matsuura CNC milling machines, wire electrical discharge machining and CNC lathes. Nanowave brings this capability in-house to speed production, add flexibility, and to control these essential elements of Quality.
