The next generation products will offer less power consumption and higher efficiency by introducing highly sophisticated semiconductor materials and device technology. Both, power and low-noise applications will benefit from the superior features of these semiconductors. Nanowave's design knowledge in conjunction with the material and device features will enable higher power efficiency, lower link budgets, and higher EMV capability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability. Future T/R and SSPA module generations will employ highly advanced substrate and device materials, enabling superior hybrid and integrated (MMIC) designs. Consequently, more flexibility, higher integration levels, and reduced manufacturing complexity will be achieved. |
