Nanowave Technologies Inc. is focusing on solid-state power, high-power and ultra-high power amplifiers based on leading edge technologies like GaAs, LDMOS and GaN. Nanowave offers TWT replacements, PAs and HPAs for all frequency bands of interest from L- to Ku-band (L-, C-, X-, Ka and Ku-band). Nanowave is specialized on custom designs utilizing its Eutectic Hybrid Technology to develop and manufacture state-of-the-art power amplifier modules for applications like:
• TWT replacements
• airborne Radar and telecommunication
• terrestrial Radar
and power levels from 1 W (30 dBm @ 30 GHz) to 4 kW (66 dBm @ 1 GHz).
