NANOWAVE Technologies Inc. is focusing on Solid-State Power, High-Power and Ultra-High Power Amplifiers based on leading edge technologies like GaAs, LDMOS and GaN. NANOWAVE offers Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier (TWTA) replacements, PAs and HPAs for all frequency bands of interest from L- to Ka-band (L-, S-, C-, X-, Ka and Ku-band). NANOWAVE is specialized on custom designs utilizing its Eutectic Hybrid Technology to develop and manufacture state-of-the-art power amplifier modules for applications like:

Airborne Radar and Telecommunication Systems
Terrestrial Radar Systems

offering power levels from 1 W (e.g. 30 dBm @ 30 GHz) to 4 kW (e.g. 66 dBm @ 1 GHz).

All RF power devices are used as bare die (chip level) resulting in improved RF and thermal characteristics.
