Nanowave Technologies' RF Components are designed to exceed customer expectations of quality and performance. Passiv Broadband Medium Power Thin Film Attenuator and Termination
DC to 20GHz • Low VSWR • Temperature stable +/-120ppm/°C • High bond pull strength for ribbon and wire bonds (Exceeds Mil-Std-883) • Surface Mountable • Flange Mountable using Copper or Copper Tungsten Flange with gold plated copper leads. • High power handling capability. • Standard values available from 1 to 20 dB

Limiting Amplifier (NWO613-12-1)
Operating Frequency 6-12 GHz, Supply Voltage 12V, Wide Dynamic Range 20 dB, Psat 11 dBm, Psat Variation 2 dB peak-to-peak, Phase Flatness 4 deg peak-to-peak

Standard and Customs Bessels Filters (BESFIL)
Cutoff frequency from 1 to 40 GHz; Linear phase and low reflection from dc to 3 X F3dB; User can specify absorptive Bessel filters on Alumina or Aluminum Nitride substrate material; User can specify bare substrate; connectorized hermetic package; SMT, or other custom; package options; User can specify 3, 5 or 7 section designs.

40 Ghz Bandpass Ceramic Filter (CERFIL)
Fabricated on Alumina substrate using thin film technology; Center Frequency 40 GHz; Low Insertion Loss in the Pass Band < 2 dB; High Rejection in the Stop Bands > 30 dB; Low cost if built at large quantities; Customs design: - Insertion loss < 0.5 dB - Rejection > 50 dB.
